Our Approach

Our focus has always been people-centric. We strive to bring holistic change in the lives of rural poor.

RDT staff and managers involve nearly 2,400 locals to manage the work across various sectors covering 3,200 villages and almost 3 million people. We all work together to realise Father Ferrer’s dreams.
